Response to Covid 19
At Fairway Therapy we have implemented a number of measures to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the clinic and at Inswing Indoor golf.

When you have booked your appointment you will receive a confirmation of your booking as well as two forms you MUST COMPLETE prior to your appointment. One if a COVID-19 pre screening form to ensure there is minimal risk to the therapist when providing treatment and the other is a patient consent form to ensure the maximum amount of time is spent with the therapist.
A new online booking system will be used and you can find this at https://www.inswingindoorgolf.co.uk/fairway-therapy/ to see what services we offer and what availability there is. Payment will be required prior to your appointment online to ensure there is contactless payment. Payment can also be made via BACS payment or cash but a contactless method is preferred.
ARIVING AT THE CLINIC
When arriving at the clinic you will enter the reception area of Inswing Indoor golf where there will be signs to direct you to the Fairway Therapy waiting area. To get there you will pass both golf simulators through the door at the other side of the room and you will find a seating area. The clinic room is located at the end of that corridor and you will be called for your appointment when the therapist is ready to do so. Throughout the building there is hand sanitising units and also in the clinic room. We ask that if possible, you should wear a mask during your time in the building and if you do not have one, a mask will be provided for you.
Treatment beds, door handles, seating areas and high contact surfaces will be cleaned after each patient with appropriate cleaning agents. There will be one fresh towel used per patient and this will be placed in a linen basket to be cleaned. Hygiene roll be used for all patients and will be placed on the bed and pillows. All rehab programmes will be sent via email using rehab my patient and contactless payment is preferred either using the prepayment method using sports injury fix or BACS payment but cash is still accepted.
At Fairway Therapy we are taking the health and safety of our patients extremely seriously and only the highest standards of hygiene will be accepted.
Your therapist at Fairway Therapy will be wearing full PPE including a visor, mask, apron and gloves for every treatment. Prior to every patient, they will clean the room and treatment table and ensure their hands are sanitised prior to seeing a patient. We kindly ask that all patients visiting the clinic wears a mask in the treatment room but if you do not have one we will provide one for your session. As per the new booking system we will require some personal details including phone number and full name for the NHS test and trace system should that ever need to be used.
Between patients there will be a compulsory 15-minute cleaning period which allows the therapist time to sanitise high contact surface areas such as door handles, chairs and tables. There will also be a deep clean at the start and end of the day where all surfaces will be cleaned and sanitised.
